真空泵轴封

　　不锈钢油封（又名空压机油封、真空泵油封、四氟油封）：适用于旋转运动或慢速轴的往复运动密封。不锈钢油封各项性能指标远远超过最好的FKM（氟橡胶）骨架油封。不锈钢油封最早在1970年代被引入使用。其目的是为了填补在传统橡胶密封圈和机械密封圈之间的空白。但其受到密封唇口的材料限制，在极端的温度、腐蚀性的介质、高表面线速度、高压及缺少润滑等苛刻的环境中。

　　设计者还是要采用价格较高且复杂的机械密封，泛特封在同样苛刻的环境下一般都能代替机械密封，且价格相对机械密封来说更低。

产品特点：

　　具有很好的化学稳定性可用在水、强酸、碱、强氧化溶剂等介质中。
　　具有很好的抗摩擦性，唇口的摩擦系数是橡胶油封的几十分之一。
　　单唇可承受1.5Mpa压力。双唇可承受3Mpa压力。
　　最高线速度可承受30m/s。
　　120℃~220℃的工作温度。

转轴与沟槽的要求

为充分发挥PTFE油封的优异性能与耐用性，并避免安装不当导致密封件受损，轴的密封面与密封件沟槽必须有适当的加工。安装时，聚四氟乙烯密封唇必须向压力侧。
