B型

全铁氟龙双密封唇，适用压力高达30bar，适用于油压马达，泵，液压油压元件等应用。
Double lip teflon seal,use in high pressure 30bar,application in hydraulic motor,pump,hydraulic oil presses.

C型

压力Pressure:≤3.5bar
单密封唇弹力加强型，适用于转轴圆度不佳或偏摆较大的旋转密封。
Flexibility reinforced single lip,suitable for poor roundness and largely swung rotary shaft sealing.

D型

压力Pressure:≤3.5bar
与C型相同，但增加圆周密封，可应用于多粉尘环境。
Same as type C,but added circumferential seal,can be used in heavy dust environment.

E型

PTFE油封材质选用

为充分发挥PTFE油封的优异性能与耐用性，并避免安装不当导致密封件受损，轴的密封面与密封件沟槽必须有适当的加工。安装时，聚四氟乙烯密封唇必须向压力侧。
To maximize the performance of PTFE seal excellent and durability, and avoid installation.Improper damaged seals, shaft sealing surface and groove are needed.Appropriate processing. When installed, PTFE sealing lip must face the pressure side.

轴Shaft：
■轴表面硬度≧40HRC（润滑不良或高速运转的场合≧58HRC)
Shaft surface hardness≧40HRC（poor lubrication or high speed occasion≧58HRC)
■表面研磨并抛光以去除锐角，表面粗度Ra=0.2～0.5um,真空应用Ra≦0.2um
